Personal Information
Please provide the following basic information:
Government-issued photo ID
Social Security Number (SSN) or ITIN for you, your spouse, and dependents
Date of birth for all individuals on the return
Last year’s tax return (if available)
Bank account and routing number for direct deposit of refunds
Income Documents
Bring all documents that show income received during the tax year.
